How to Hire

Step 01

Check Availability & See Your Total Cost

Start by Messaging us to check the calendar.

Weekday Hire: £100 per day
Weekend Hire (Saturday & Sunday): £125 per day
Weekday Half-Day Hire: £70 per 5 hour hire

Step 02

Complete Your ID Check

All drivers must be aged between 25-75 years. You’ll need to send us your driving licence (front and back) and:

A valid UK or EU driving license held for at least 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
Passport or photo ID (if using a non-photocard license).
A utility bill or bank statement (no more than 90 days old).

We use your licence details to confirm your identity and check for points, determining the insurance excess hold (£500-£700).

Step 03

Secure Your Booking with Payment

Pay the full hire amount to confirm your booking and lock in your dates.

Cancellation Policy:
1. 7+ days before hire date: Refund minus £20 administration fee.
2. 72 hours to 7 days before hire date: 50% liability fee.
3. Less than 72 hours before hire date: 100% liability fee.

Step 04

Insurance Excess & Collection Day

When you arrive to collect the Horsebox, please bring your driving licence & a credit/debit card with enough money to hold your excess fee with you.

Based on your licence check, an insurance excess hold (usually £500) will be placed on your card.

As long as the horsebox is returned on time, clean, fuelled and in good condition, the amount will be refunded in full.
